QR menu with your logo and colors: it should not look like another brand
August 18, 2026

Guests scan and see a blue software interface that is not yours. Or a black QR with no logo on a white tent card. The room has linen, lamps, and tableware with intent. The digital menu looks like a boarding school.
That is not a detail. It is the first impression after the greeting. If the carta does not look like the restaurant, the QR feels borrowed.
Brand is not only the logo on the door
It is the color of the tapas group, the cover image, the favicon when they save the link, the logo in the center of the QR you print. If every channel has a different look, guests cannot tell whether Instagram, WhatsApp, and the table are the same business.
Ordenala matches the menu to the room: cropped logo, cover image, 24 colors, and on Standard and Premium a logo on the QR plus a custom favicon. Basic already carries your brand on the menu; the table QR is simpler.
A QR with a logo is remembered. A generic one is lost.
In a hotel or a dense dining room, tent cards mix. A restaurant QR with your mark stands out from the one next to it. You print it once. When a dish changes, you do not reprint the tent card.
The same link — internal path or subdomain — is the one in the bio. Same menu, same skin.
An info site, not only a dish list
With a subdomain (Standard / Premium) guests do not land on an orphan menu. They see hours, map, social, and a short intro, then the carta. That is brand too: the restaurant exists on Google and in the pocket, not only in the dining room.
Design the skin before you pay
You upload a logo and pick a color in the preview, without an account. If it does not feel yours, you close the tab. If it does, you publish and pick a plan. You pay when the digital menu already wears your face, not the tool’s.
